NEWS: Personal Assistant Clinical Coaching Programme launched in partnership with SORTED Personal Management PA

SORTED Personal Management and Xception Group are proud to announce the launch of the Personal Assistant Clinical Coaching Programme to support PAs working with high profile individuals.

SORTED is a boutique agency specialised in placing managerial, operational and support staff across the creative industries as well as with HNW private clients and family offices.

Both companies have a long history of supporting those in the public eye, and thus have developed a deep understanding of the very unique challenges that not only they face every day, but also their teams around them. PAs are expected to provide seamless support day in and day out, and often find themselves in high pressured situations that they are not equipped to deal with – with no support of their own or guidance on how to navigate those situations.

The Personal Assistant Clinical Coaching Programme was born out of the recognition that PAs need support too and that empowering them with the tools to care for their own wellbeing will also enable them to continue to support others at the highest level.

In the initial pilot phase of the programme, SORTED are identifying newly placed PAs, as well as some already in-post, who could benefit from joining the programme, and Xception are providing three 1:1 sessions with one of their clinical psychologist at no cost to the PA’s. Unlike therapy, which delves into personal history and deep-rooted emotional issues, these clinical coaching sessions will focus on practical strategies, tools, and real-time problem-solving to enhance resilience and effectiveness in a high-pressure role.

Ben Arnold, Founder of SORTED said: “I am thrilled to be joining forces with Xception to launch this initiative and provide support to PAs in a meaningful way. We genuinely care about assisting our candidates beyond the recruitment phase, and we are excited to launch this programme and provide mental health support to those in need.”

Dr. Charlie Howard, Founder and Clinical Director of Xception, added: “This is a really exciting initiative and one that we think is both game changing and much needed. PAs often have to navigate high-pressure environments with little structured mental health support so we’re delighted to partner with Sorted to deliver a programme which will deliver real impact.

The programme is launching in early April, for more information please email xception@sorted-pa.com
